Siam Square: The Hilariously Misnamed "Square" Let's talk about Siam Square, Bangkok's famous shopping district that is neither a square nor particularly Siamese in the traditional sense. It's like calling Times Square a square or Piccadilly Circus a circus, a complete misnomer that everyone just rolled with.
